SPX and MOVING

Hello! We are currently traveling back from a wonderful SPX 2022. I’m so grateful to all of the attendees who stopped by our table to say hi, the other exhibitors I met for their kindness, and the organizers for ensuring that the SPX covid protocols were followed diligently and ensuring a safe return show. We are also now officially in moving-mode again, meaning that the webshop is formally shut down. It may remain open for some time still and allow orders to be placed, but these orders will not ship until we have finished moving and announced we are resuming operations – we tentatively expect this to be sometime in October. We are moving again! Please understand that communications may be delayed until further notice, and all order shipping is currently disabled.

If you are uncertain about the status of an order:

1. if it includes the book “A Favorable Wind on Full Sails” this title is not yet printed so we are not able to ship it yet.
2. if it is shipped and the order status is not updating – this is a postal issue and please reach out to USPS directly or wait a little longer
3. if it is shipped but it is marked as not being received yet – there are a couple of orders in this situation, where we started packing them but haven’t been able to ship them yet for various reasons. I will try to ship whatever is still left of those orders out before we leave this week.
4. if it hasn’t been shipped yet – that means the order was placed after our soft-moving order deadline. I will try to ship your order out this week before I leave, however I cannot guarantee I will have it shipped for certain. But I will ship as many of these as I can and try to make sure every order available to ship goes out this week. We are moving NOW! order shipping is shut down until further notice.
